Safety and liability notice
GoAware provides an independent, partly automated comparison of selected government travel advisories. It is not an official advisory and does not provide legal, security, medical or personal travel advice. The GoAware Safety Score is an editorial orientation value derived from normalized government advisory levels. It is not a probability of harm, an official safety rating, a real-time warning, a forecast or a guarantee that a destination is safe.
Information may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly normalized, regionally limited or outdated. Conditions and individual risk can change without warning. The displayed data-run time, source update dates and any available last-change dates must be checked before every trip and again during travel.
Users remain responsible for their own travel decisions and precautions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by relying solely on this service. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited, particularly for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, culpably caused personal injury or other mandatory statutory liability.
“No warning on list” means only that no full or partial warning appeared in the normalized source list at the recorded snapshot time. It never means risk-free.
